No, they aren’t. The delivery cost depends of your location and how fast you want to receive your products. That is why we will always ask you where you want us to send the products. We need to calculate the cost of shipment.

You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer.

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

It depends on where you are located and the quantity you order. Our factory is in China. You can choose airplane transport for a faster delivery or boat transport for a cheap delivery. It can take between 10 days and 3 weeks.

Yes, you can. You will have to pay for the sample and the delivery cost. Please understand we can’t send for free some sample to anyone asking for it. If you are a serious entrepreneur, order a simple sample is a small risk investment. It shouldn’t stop you to develop your business.

We want you 100% satisfied. If there is any issue with the products, you simply have to contact us 48h maximum after you receive the products. We will ask you to take videos or photos of the faulty product. Then we’ll send you new products.

Once we received your payment, we will start the production in our  factory and send your products by plane or by boat. You understand that it will not be possible to cancel it.

You will receive your invoice with your products. We can also send it to you in PDF format by mail or by WhatsApp.
